all you'll have to do then is fill it out the order form and return it to us with a 50% deposit (non refundable). please see terms and conditions for more information.

when to order…when to order…

orders cannot be booked in or production started until both your deposit and order form have been received. as all ces cards are handmade to a high quality it's best you do this as soon as possible – ideally at least four months before you need your stationery.

supplying information…supplying information…

as some details of your special day may not be finalised, it is not always necessary to supply all the information about your wedding when completing the order form. all you have to ensure is that you complete all quantites and items needed. further information can be provided at a later date (e.g. music selections, menus, readings etc). the information needed to complete order of service inners and menus must be received at least 8 weeks before the event. information for seating plans and place cards, can be sent up to four weeks before the day (sooner if you have it).

proofs…proofs…

ces cards will produce proofs for you to read and approve. these must be returned along with a completed proof approval form before full production can begin. approved items will be dispatched within 6 – 12 weeks of approval. proofs will generally be sent in 2 batches. the first batch includes save the dates, invites, rsvps, inserts, table talkers, order of service outers and place card samples. the second will include menus and order of service inners that cannot be finalized until nearer the day.

paying the balance…paying the balance…

finished items will be dispatched in 3 instalments – the first including save the dates, invites, rsvps and any invitation inserts (anything that you will need prior to the wedding day) the second including your order of service, place cards, menus, table talkers and thankyou cards (i.e. any remaining items you need for the day and/or after) and the third, your seating plan (this must be dispatched separately due to it's size). before each dispatch you will be required to pay the balance on the items being sent. you will be advised of this via the preferred method of contact you provided on the order form.

items will not be dispatched until cleared payments are received. you will then be advised of when delivery can be expected (as you will need to sign for your items). ces cards will not be held responsible for any loss/damage in transit but will offer an insured dispatch method for an extra cost. this will be at the client's discretion. however, items lost/damaged in transit are not eligible for refund – this should be recovered from the carrier if insured dispatch was selected. replacements will be charged at the standard rates.
